Keeping Your Original Paint
The paint finish on a car is never better than the factory finish. It is the strongest paint job you will ever have on the vehicle. Re painted vehicles lose considerable re-sale value. The goal of NAS Hail is to keep the finish despite the hail damage and subsequent repair.
Paint has a certain elasticity and the underlying metal has a certain memory. The metal wants to go back to it’s original shape. A well trained PDR technician understands these facts and know how to push the metal and not crack the paint. Patience is required and knowledge of the proper tools and techniques to use.
